The Program Associate is a hybrid position that works closely with the Director of Education and Engagement to support both Malkhut's community programming and the Youth Institute. Although they directly report to the Director of Education and Engagement, they support all staff and clergy at Malkhut.
Support includes both in-person and virtual responsibilities. In person, the Program Associate helps with event setup, day-of logistics, and cleanup (see Responsibilities section for details). Virtually, they create registration forms, track attendance, maintain our public calendar, and assist with other administrative tasks that help programs run smoothly.
The Program Associate reports directly to the Director of Education and Engagement and meets with them weekly for planning, coordination, and supervision.
