Director of Youth Engagement Position

Woodlands Community Temple (White Plains, NY) is looking for our next Director of Youth Engagement. We would love to connect with recent college graduates who are passionate about working with Jewish youth, particularly in the teen years. This is a unique opportunity to gain first-hand experience in so many fields – such as psychology, education, social justice and leadership – and we are open to a variety of backgrounds that may be best for our cohort of youth. 

Our Director of Youth Engagement has the important role of building lasting relationships with and among our young people, helping them to find a path of Jewish engagement that meets their particular interests and needs, mentoring teens to bring to fruition their own vision for youth programming, and ensuring that Woodlands welcomes teens wherever they are on their Jewish journey.
