BUILDING BRIDGES INTERFAITH FELLOWSHIP

The Building Bridges Fellowship brings 6-8 undergraduate campus leaders together for a year-long, learning-intensive fellowship. This paid fellowship helps students deepen their understanding of the many faith-based communities represented at Queens College and Queensborough Community College, and teach them how to design and facilitate constructive dialogue with their peers. At the core of their learning and the programming produced, is a commitment to engaging in universally human topics through the lens of their own distinct identities and the identities of their peers. The Building Bridges Fellowship is the culmination of nearly 10 years of innovative interfaith programming by Queens Hillel.

Fellows meet regularly for cohort-based learning, community building, and the creation 2-3 campus and/or community-wide programs each semester. Fellows are provided a staff mentor who they meet with 1:1 for mentorship, guidance, and support. Fellows receive a stipend upon the successful completion of the program.
