Each year, QC Hillel offers the opportunity for students from all across NYC to travel together to Washington D.C and visit the United States Holocaust Memorial and Museum. This trip is open to students ages 18-26 that have never been the US Holocaust Memorial and Museum (unless you went on a school trip when younger).
We take buses from 3 locations (Queens, Brooklyn and Manhattan) on Saturday night and stay overnight at a Washington-area hotel. In the morning we have breakfast together and then visit the USHMM. Following the museum, we will travel to the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr Memorial for the opportunity to reflect on our experience together. After the MLK Memorial, we will have dinner together and a facilitated de-briefing with a member of the Museum staff. Immediately after, we will return back to NYC.
Date: March 3-4, 2018
Cost: $65.00 (includes: hotel accommodations, catered meals, and transportation)
