 Dorot Summer College Internship
Spend the summer as a DOROT intern, serving the elderly in the New York Community. As a DOROT intern, you will be exposed to the complex issues of aging and non–profit management, and you will gain experience in all aspects of DOROT’s operations. Among many activities, you may visit with seniors in their homes, escort seniors to cultural events, doctors’ appointments or shopping trips, tutor seniors in computer use, run intergenerational art or theater programs, help administer the Summer Teen Internship Program, facilitate intergenerational discussion groups and assist professional staff in the DOROT office with the planning and execution of programs. This  is an unpaid internship and we do not supply housing. DOROT will provide a monthly metro card. Limited spots available and applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis. CLIP Onward Israel is a new opportunity created out of the collaboration between The Bronfman Center of NYU, UJA-  Federation of New York and the Jewish Agency for Israel’s Onward Israel initiative. Schusterman Graduate Student Fellowships in Israel Studies

Schusterman Center for Israel Studies at Brandeis University sponsors full and partial fellowships for doctoral candidates focusing on Israel Studies. Eligible disciplines include History, Politics, Sociology, Middle East Studies, Near Eastern and Judaic Studies, and Literature. Fellowships are awarded on a competitive basis to students accepted into the Graduate School of Arts & Sciences at Brandeis University.
