New York area Hillels are sponsoring a trip to the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum (USHMM) in Washington, DC on Saturday night, March 2 and will be returning on Sunday evening, March 3 for Jewish and Multi-Cultural students.

THIS EVENT IS MADE POSSIBLE BY THE GENEROSITY OF DAVID (zl) AND LINDA TAUB. DAVID (zl) AND LINDA TAUB ESTABLISHED THE STUDENT HOLOCAUST MUSEUM ENDOWMENT FUND TO ENCOURAGE BOTH JEWISH AND NON-JEWISH STUDENTS TO LEARN TOGETHER ABOUT THIS SIGNIFICANT PERIOD IN HISTORY.

The cost is $60.00 per person which includes transportation, food and overnight accomodations at the Greenbelt Marriot.  Catered meals will be served. The requirement is that this be a first time trip to the USHMM. Each student (age 18-26) must be interviewed, and be recommended by the Hillel Director or the Student Life Director.
